1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service set the rules for using the website of Sumbai Solution Co., Ltd. (“Sumbai Solution”, “we”). By visiting or using the website, including the homepage message board, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

The website has no registration or user accounts. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the website. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Website use

You must use the website lawfully and responsibly, and not in a way that interferes with the website, its services or other visitors.

3. Public post-it message board

• You can submit messages without logging in.
• All visitors can see all published messages.
• The website does not display who submitted each message, and shows notes without a name or direct identifying information.
• The message board database stores only id (identifies the message record, not a person) and text (the message content).
• Your message may be visible to anyone who visits the website. Please review it before submitting.

We do not describe the board as completely anonymous; not showing a name does not mean no technical data is processed elsewhere. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. User-controlled message deletion

• You can delete only the notes you submitted and cannot delete other visitors' messages.
• No account is needed; please use the deletion feature the website provides.
• After deletion, the website display is updated according to how the deletion feature actually works.
• We do not promise that a deleted message is permanently erased from every backup, cache, log or infrastructure system, nor that the deletion feature works in every situation.

5. User responsibilities and submitted content

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit content that:

• violates applicable law;
• contains threats, harassment, hate speech or abuse;
• reveals another person's sensitive, confidential or private information without proper authorisation;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property;
• is spam, fraud, a malicious link, malware or deceptive material;
• attempts to disrupt, exploit or damage the website;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents facts in a harmful or unlawful way.

6. Content ownership and permission to display

You remain responsible for having the rights needed for the content you submit, and we do not claim ownership of your messages.

When you submit a message, you grant Sumbai Solution a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce and display it as reasonably necessary to operate and present the public message board. It is limited to this purpose and is not a permission for other commercial use. It must remain consistent with how the website actually operates and with the law.

7. Content moderation and removal

Sumbai Solution may take reasonable action on content that violates these terms or the law, such as hiding or removing it, as the law and the website's actual functionality allow.

We do not manually review every message and do not state that messages are automatically filtered. We have not set a reporting process, review timeline or appeal process. If you see concerning content you can tell us through the channels in section 16, but we do not promise a response time. Moderation does not reduce your ability to delete your own messages.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, Sumbai Solution trademarks and brand, and our original content are protected by law and must not be copied or adapted without permission, except as the law allows. We do not claim ownership of third-party materials or user-submitted content without a valid basis.

9. Website information and availability

Website content and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or compatibility with every device.

10. External links and third-party services

The website links to LINE, Facebook and our portfolio site, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not control these external sites or services, which are subject to their own policies.

11. Security and prohibited activities

You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to restricted systems;
• manipulate message records, or create them by abnormal or automated means to disrupt;
• bypass or try to bypass deletion controls, or delete others' messages;
• interfere with other visitors or disrupt the website.

We do not guarantee that current security measures prevent every unauthorised access or change.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sumbai Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the website, or from content submitted by other visitors.

This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for intentional acts or gross negligence, and does not affect statutory consumer rights.

13. Suspension and termination

Because there are no user accounts, we have no account suspension process, but we may restrict access to the website or hide/remove content if these terms are breached, security is at risk, or the law requires.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The last updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will give notice on the website.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes fall under the competent Thai courts as the law provides.
